超强智囊团进驻天行创世纪
他们到底是谁？
校长天团揭开神秘的面纱之后，又一批“金凤凰”进驻天行，他们的阵容和气场再次在南昌教育界激起千层浪。他们是天行创世纪导师天团。

天行创世纪学校首席导师。语文特级教师，国务院特殊津贴专家、硕士生导师、全国中小学“十杰”教师，全国劳模和五一劳动奖章获得者。江西省中学语文专业委员会理事长，江西特级教师学会副理事长，江西省高考语文阅卷领导小组副组长。
Wang Yunsui: Chief supervisor of Teensen Genesis School. 数学特级教师、中学正高级教师。省市学科带头人，市高中数学中心组成员，奥赛国家一级教练员。

They stand high and look far, they look up at the stars and are more down-to-earth; they awaken the soul with the emotion of love, and activate the dreams with free space. They form an order by internalizing rules, and lead the future with an equal relationship.
对此，首席导师王运遂老师表示：“未来，我们将依托导师团，集思广益，提升整体效益。在日常的教学工作中以各位导师先进的教育理念、务实的教学实践引领青年教师。为此，我们也会走进每节课堂、关注每位老师，致力于求得每个学生的发展。作为导师，我们将在天行提供的舞台上尽显才华。”

接下来，导师们将参与天行教育教学工作实施，对年轻老师进行一对一、教练式指导，并对老师们有针对性地进行系统化专题式培训。引导老师既钻研教育前言动态，又立足学生实际，指导老师既关注全局，又注重细节。
